I recently decided to downsize and I hired Texas Treasure to help me. I was overwhelmed and not sure where to start. I decided to pay for some hourly assistance prior to sale set up and was shocked at how efficient and helpful this group is. They were able to help with decisions about what to keep, what to store and what to sell. They even helped with packing. Once I was out they took over. Set up, conducted sale and provided the name of a charity that picked up what I didn’t want after sale. I never imagined that the sale would be such a success also.

I had been to several of Texas treasures estate sales before so I knew they priced items fair.. I bought from then several times before as well. What I didn't realize at the time that I hired them was the way they would respect my home and the items I loved but no longer need. For a solid week they were on time in the morning setting up and pricing for the sale and gone by lunch time allowing me to take care of the things I needed to do. My husband an I were hitting the reset button on life. So not only were we selling precious family heirlooms we were also selling pieces of the life we built together. The ladies from Texas Treasures helped to obviate the stress that comes with this kind of life change. They did everything's We had two meeting during this time covering everything from staffing, staging, to getting ready for the sale day. They took several pictures and advertised my sale so well that on the first day of the sale there was a line of people waiting in front of my house for Texas treasures to open the door.. Every evening I received a call reporting the total for the day.. When I talked to them on the second evening I had told them that I wanted to come home to an empty house.. I was only joking of course, because I had so munch stuff it filled my home, mother in law apartment, a studio, garage and we still needed to fill my back patio and yard .. I couldn't believe it.. I actually came home to a empty house!!! I was so pleased..only a hand full of items were left. They even sold automobiles for me.. My house was clean and there was a check waiting for me on the fireplace mantel. We were ready to move on to the next chapter of our life's. On the scale of 1-10 these ladies are 12's.

Thank you for conducting the sale for my Dad’s estate. First, I was so impressed by the way you organized the sale thereby saving me much time, effort and anxiety. I had no idea of how to organize such a sale or how to price the different items for sale. You were ready for the sale under the time constraints I gave you and your crew managed the traffic flow very well. Any leftover items were out of the house in a timely manner. Let me offer my wholehearted recommendation for you regarding your estate sale/consignment store expertise! Unfortunately, I have seen too many “estate sale companies” just hope for the best while putting in minimal effort. They are unaware that presentation is really the key to success.
Since the real estate melt down, your service was required at multiple homes I owned and quite frankly I was thrilled at your results. I realize that these types of projects take a lot of behind the scene pre-work to make sure that everything is set-up in the best possible presentation in order to sell. I would say you’re an expert at knowing what sells and what may/may not sell.
Additionally, your expertise is driven by truly understanding the value of the merchandise, being able to determine what the market is both prior to and as it develops during the sale and then utilizing your experience to convert inventory to money. It takes someone with experience (and being a tuff cookie), in addition an honest approach to maximize revenue while still moving things out the door.
